Shipping policies:
We ship all orders within 48hrs, unless ordered products are on back order.
Back order customer will be notified by e-mail that product is delayed
and also notified when back order products are shipped before Credit Card
are billed. This is to insure customers the opportunity to decline
their orders or to wait. If back order products take more than 1
week we will ship partial orders at that time. |

| All returns please notify us before
shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee at this time and we ask
that this policy is not taken advantage of. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
unless you receive damage product, then we will resolve the matter on a one
to one basis. Any problems should be directed to

If a product is returned we will refund the cost of the products but no
return on the shipping charges. |

International Shipping:
Due to the problems that occur with international shipping we will PayPal
order only to the U.S. and Canada. We are so sorry to have to do this,
but have had to many problems to accept this payment for International
Shipping.
